Most policy pages are written so you won't finish them. This one isn't. If anything below is unclear, email me and ask, that's a faster answer than any clause I could write.

01 / Refunds
If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email me and I'll refund you in full, and you keep everything you downloaded.
No forms. No "what went wrong" survey you have to complete. No requirement to prove you read it. You email, I refund, we're done.
A few practical notes so nothing surprises you:
Why the window is this long: because a shorter one would be dishonest. This book asks you to change how you buy, and you can't judge that in a week. Thirty days is roughly how long it takes to run the framework through a real purchase decision.
02 / What You're Buying
Everything sold here is a digital download. There is nothing physical, nothing shipped, and no subscription attached to any purchase on this site.
Delivery is automatic and arrives by email within a few minutes of purchase. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam and promotions folders first, then email me, I'll send it manually, and it will not count against your refund window.
Prices, picks and figures in these products are dated and will change as the market moves. The products state this plainly and teach you to verify current prices yourself before acting on anything.
03 / How You Can Use It
Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use these products for your own collecting and investing. Print them, annotate them, keep them forever.
What isn't allowed: reselling, redistributing, uploading them to file-sharing or "free PDF" sites, publishing substantial extracts, or repackaging the picks and framework as your own product. These took a long time to write, and every copy given away is one I didn't sell.
Quoting a line or two with attribution is fine and welcome. Posting the whole thing isn't.
All content remains the copyright of the author. Nothing here transfers ownership of the work itself.

These products are education and entertainment. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. I am not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any specific asset.
Trading cards are a volatile, illiquid, speculative collectible market. Large parts of it corrected 30-70% between 2022 and 2023, and some of that never recovered. The book opens with exactly that, because pretending otherwise would be a lie.
Any figures, prices, rankings, projections or historical returns shown are approximate, dated, and will change. Past performance tells you nothing reliable about future results.
You are solely responsible for your own purchases. Verify every price against recent sold listings, do your own research, and never invest money you cannot afford to lose. No outcome is promised, implied or guaranteed.

If you give me your email, for the free guide, or by buying something, here's the entire list of what happens to it:
Unsubscribe from any email in one click, and you'll stop hearing from me immediately. Buying something doesn't sign you up for anything you can't leave.
Email is handled through a third-party email provider, and payments through Whop, both store data on their own systems under their own privacy policies. If you want your details deleted entirely, email me and I'll remove you from everything I control.
This site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies of its own. Your browser may store a small local flag so the free-guide popup doesn't reappear on every visit, that never leaves your device.
06 / Payment
All payments are processed by Whop, a third-party checkout and delivery platform. Your card details go to them and their payment processors, they are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this site.
Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own terms and privacy policy. Refunds are issued through Whop, which is why they return to your original payment method.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you are, your bank may apply a conversion or foreign transaction fee that I don't control and don't receive.

All photographs of cards and sealed products in these publications are the author's own photographs of items in his personal collection.
